ABOUT OUR NAMED WORKOUTS
Our named workouts have come into existence through various people, methods, and legends, all with the purpose of testing a particular fitness characteristic. Some of them are about strength-to-bodyweight ratio. Some of them are about power endurance. Some of them are about mindset. All of them are very, very difficult.
There are three ways to get your time added to our leaderboard:
- Perform the workout with a Fully Certified Instructor near you. Have them submit your time.
- Perform the workout at one of our Seminars.
- Participate in the annual Leaderboard Challenge
