Min 1: Run 10m

Min 2: Run 20m 

Min 3: Run 30m

...Etc, adding 10m every minute until you cannot complete the prescribed meters in 1 minute.

Then: 

"Death by Burpees"

Min 1: 1 Burpee

Min 2: 2 Burpees 

Min 3: 3 Burpees

... Etc,
