Warm up 

Set a clock for 20 minutes and do rounds of the following: 

50 jumping jacks 10 inch worms with a push up 5 pull ups 30 second FLR 30 second hand stand hold 30 second active dead hang 

Workout:

4 rounds 10 handstand push ups 400m run Rest 5 minutes
