Dislocates + pull aparts 

Then:

3x(30/30) push press + overhead holds @ 2 light / moderate dumbbells 

-2 mins rest- 

2 blocks 

Workout:

3 RIR 

Strict press 

4x10-20 @ 65% 1RM

Then: 

Push ups 4x(30/30) 

3 RIR, 30-60 sec
