Today was a more chill power endurance day since yesterday's workout was a birthday workout. 

 

Warm up:

10 min on concept machine (goal is 2500 m)

then:

3x10 banded dislocates

3x10 banded pull aparts

3x5 OH squats

then: primal movements

bear crawl hips high 30 m
