This is the last week of this cardiovascular power phase of training. Next week we'll do 4 days of foundation to prepare for our last 8 weeks of power endurance training of this cycle. It'll culminate in a few tests: 1 mile run, 10 minutes of max cals on an assault bike, 2k row, and 1 min max cals assault
