Prerequisites: what is more important than what you do, is how you do it. That is why having had previous coaching in a gym environment, or a willingness to seek coaching through this program is a must.
This program will challenge your structure and build strength. In order to build a strong foundation, it is necessary to do both of these things, safely. In order to do it safely, you need to learn how to do these movements the best way for your body’s mechanics.
