If you're short on time but committed to making it happen, we've got a new team for you. With 2 schedule options, (5 workouts per week @ 45 minutes each / 3 workouts per week @ 75 minutes each), teammates doing the same program and a coach ready to help you with any modifications you might need, anyone who has 225 minutes to dedicate to their fitness every week will succeed here.
