I am always being asked how I am not obese. My Instagram stories are almost exclusively of me cooking and baking. Following no trend. Unless it’s trendy to indulge in homemade rich foods as often as possible. Meat, sugar, gluten, fresh produce, and whole fats are all daily components of my diet.
