BIOGRAPHY

Ashley’s fitness journey started just like most people do, she wanted to get into shape to look and feel better. She started by going to a local gym and trying out a few of the group fitness classes and absolutely fell in love. What started out as something that needed to be done to better her life transformed when she decided she wanted to help others better theirs. In 2008 she became a Les Mills Certified Instructor teaching BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, GRIT, and RPM (spin) and continues to teach these classes each and every week. Ashley loves showing people that they can do incredible things, that the small steps they take each and every day all add up to big changes. Teaching and inspiring others to believe in themselves and show them they are capable of so much more than they realize. She believes that sustainability starts with our own bodies and once you free your mind the body will follow so naturally once Ashley walked through the doors of Gym Jones there was no going back, she knew that there was something special about this place and wanted to be a part of it. She attended all three seminars within a year and went directly into the internship program with the goal of becoming a Gym Jones fully certified instructor. With that goal achieved she now gets to work and inspire others in the place that added to her evolution as an instructor.
