Kevin Baird found his appreciation for the Gym Jones philosophy in 2008 while training with Chris Burkeybyle. At the time, Kevin worked as an arborist, where physical and mental demand was tested daily; the idea of “the mind is primary” rang all too true. Training the mind by pushing the body cemented the attraction to the gym and what it can provide. After years of training under "Burkey", Kevin began working as a trainer in 2015. The opportunity to begin coaching created new understandings of training and methodology. Kevin operates with the mindset of "better everyday" not only for his clients, but for himself. This is applied towards physical training and his commitment to continued education and exploration of fitness & well being. Helping others realize their strength and potential has become a passion. Kevin offers private, group training, Olympic weightlifting and sports specific training.
